Software development services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services not yet delivered.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel subscription services with 30 days written notice. Custom development projects require mutual agreement for cancellation.
4. Support Policy
We provide technical support via email and phone during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00 CET). Response times vary based on service level agreements.
5. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosted applications. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
6. Maintenance and Updates
We regularly update and maintain applications to ensure security and performance. Major updates will be communicated in advance.
7. Backup and Disaster Recovery
We perform regular backups of hosted applications. However, clients are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of critical data.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details unless disclosure is required by law.

Our development practices follow industry standards and applicable regulations. We are committed to maintaining compliance with data protection laws.
